How do I add a new periodic reminder?
1. Go to the system settings by selecting the settings icon shown in the top right corner of the screen.
Changes to settings affect the entire system and affect the accounts of all its users.
2. In the modules visible on the left-hand side of the panel, select PERIODIC REMINDER.
Click on the ADD NEW button visible at the top of the panel.
3. Enter a title for the reminder and select CREATE.
4. Complete the reminder information: description, set the frequency of sending, select reminder recipients.
5. To make the reminder active and automatically sent, tick the Enable box.
6. Select SAVE to confirm the creation of the reminder.
