1. To create a new message, go to MY DATA tab and choose My Messages module.
and click "Start a new discussion."
2. Select the people you want to chat with from the list and click "Start discussions."
3. You can add a title, content, new members, and specify a communication channel for notifications to recipients.
Chat history is saved and available in the list on the left side of the screen.
