How to set the visibility of employees' birthdays in
1. Go to the system settings by selecting the settings icon shown in the top right corner of the screen.
Changes to settings affect the entire system and affect the accounts of all its users.
2. In the modules visible on the left-hand side of the panel, select HOLIDAYS, ABSCENCES, CALENDARS.
3. Select the OTHER tab. At the bottom of the panel, you can select to enable the visibility of employees' birthdays in the Company Calendar and in the My Calendar module available for each employee. Regardless of your setting, the employee can deselect this option in their account profile settings.
