How to send a message to system administration?
*Not all systems has General channel (messages for administration) enabled in the system. If you don't see this button, it means you have to write to selected people directly in the chat.
1. In My Data tab choose My messsages module.
2. Click General channel button.
3. Choose the subject of your message from the list.
4. Write a message and click Send message.
